I got one scratch on what he said was virtually indestructable surface. The person at the door directed me to "Jessie" the guy with the ear piece at the back. He didn't even look at the screen and said I ran a diamond across it or a rock....I baby this thing. We asked to speak to the manager...."Jessie" came from the back....again didn't look at the screen and said no way to fix....my problem. I was told by the sales person NOT to add a screen protector!
